Pac-Man is 30 years old

That means that *I'm* getting old, too.

Incredible Quote From the Kids

The other day, the kids were upstairs getting ready for KungFu class when I hear my niece's voice yell down "Mommy, where is my super suit?!" I was nearly on the floor laughing. I replied, "whyyy do you need to know?" We went through that whole scene of The Incredibles. Love it!

Cute Little Cartoon About the Nature of Confidence

I love how this little bug asserts himself to the point of pushing the rooster into the corner of the comic box. The bug and rooster have undergone a role-reversal. Even their font (and therefore, voice) has been swapped. The bug, usually prey to a rooster, admits his mortality with the squished "ouch" but never lets the rooster get the better of him. The rooster, commonly a symbol for blustery pride allows the bug to demote him.

My little 3-year-old niece defines herself every morning by what she is not. Today she is NOT Spiderman.

It's an interesting approach to discovering who you are.

Finally Attained Dual Citizenship ;-)

Another surprise today. I'm part of a VERY exclusive club — I've been granted official citizenship of Boozunland. It comes with many perks including poop-scooping.

J'aime les Jems [sic]

Today I came home to these little treasures...
I love kidsitting. They made everything, including the box! The foam is a chunk of an old memory foam mattress.

And, don't you just love the name of the jewellery business? They created an icon and everything -- it's a complete logo! Awesome.

Feelin' Groovy

The two things I photographed today have something in common... "Slow down, you're going too fast. We've got to make the moment last."

In all the things we do.

I'm not bragging but it's 12 inches long...

I decided I needed a fresh, new hair cut. Long hair is really warm in the summer. Plus, I just needed to feel 'new'.

Unravelled, the amount that I cut off is longer than 12 inches!

Haggling

Having visited other countries, David DeFranza was quickly forced to adapt to a bargaining-style of purchasing goods. His article "How Haggling Taught Me About Life" offers 6 tips that he now regularly employs while traveling. I can see these tips being handy in everyday life, too.
