IEBGreen Challenge: Re-use Batteries

A lot of times these games require a lot of juice in batteries, which means, there is actually plenty juice left for a less needy game or item. I use them in clocks, or little flashlights, something that requires much less power!"

For things like kids toys, it's hard to beat rechargeable NiMh batteries. I run a small fleet of programmable robots for summer science camps and would guess I've avoided over 6 kilos of scrap batteries in the last few years.
