Book Review — What Men Don't Tell Women About Business

Consultant Chris Flett, a self-described "former Alpha Male", originally created this as a document for his female clients to read before he met with them. Before long he realized that there was enough meat in the document and enough demand for its contents that he could develop it into a book.

With a writing style that makes you feel he's your mentor and he's sitting across the table from you, Flett has delivered a book that is so interesting and relevant to my business life that I read every word! Including every misspelled word. Yes, that's right, it suffers from grammatical and spelling errors but if you can get past that there are some real gems there. Hopefully his future efforts will be better proofed.

I encourage all women (and men, for that matter) to read it. It gives major insight into the professional relationships within an office. As the jacket promises, "Flett reveals everything you need to know to understand, communicate, and compete with men in business." Consider putting it at the top of your reading pile.
